TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We provide home-cooked pure veg meals.
2. Meals can be served in offices, home, schools, hostels, hospitals, and more.
3. Dispatched meals will not be cancelled, returned & refunded under any circumstances.
4. Booking, Canceling, Modifying or Pausing the meal, require a one-day advance notice till 8:00 pm. Canceled or paused meals will be carried forward.
5. Avoid making payments to delivery personnel unless instructed otherwise.

Meal Related Guidelines
  • We Do Follow Jain Tithi (Pancham, Aatham, Chaudas) Norms.
  • Customization options are available.
  • Meals cannot be carried forward beyond the specified days.
  • When placing your order, please indicate your meal preference: Jain, Half Jain (No Onion, No Garlic), or Regular. Additionally, specify whether you'd like Salad or Papad, and indicate your preference for sweetened or unsweetened Dal/Kadhi.
Delivery and Other Terms
  • Deliveries are fulfilled via Mumbai's Dabbawalas, Borzo, or Porter.
  • In cases of natural disasters, heavy rains, riots, strikes, or Dabbawala leave, deliveries may be delayed or canceled. Affected customers will be notified, and canceled meals will be automatically carried forward.
  • If access to the building is restricted, meals will be left at the reception, security gate, or a common area.
  • To avoid spillage, meals are cooled to room temperature and packed in microwave-safe containers. Reheating before consumption is recommended.
  • Every effort is made to ensure timely and proper delivery. In rare cases of delay or non-delivery, please contact the delivery agent or support team. All issues will be addressed promptly with appropriate resolution.
Delivery Charges
  • We offer lunch delivery for the Western Line in Mumbai, with an additional charge of Rs. 50 per order based on your location.
  • For lunch orders, if early delivery is needed or on Sundays and holidays, it will incur actual charges, and the delivery will be facilitated through Porter or Borzo, covering all locations within Mumbai.
  • Similarly, Chauvihar and dinner orders will be delivered at the actual charges across Mumbai.
  • Please make sure your phone is accessible during the following time frame on the day you receive your order:
    • Lunch: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
    • Chauvihar: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
    • Dinner: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
